LCD Cost
We have access to many new and refurbished LCD components, including backlight, inverter, and LCD panels.  They vary in price, but expect an average of $100 for a refurbished LCD, $150-200 for new.
 
 
How might I find out if it's my LCD or mainboard that's the problem?
We highly recommend hooking up a standard monitor to your notebook computer to check it.  Most notebooks have a standard 15-pin connection for that purpose.  When you start up the computer, look for a "function key" to switch video over to the monitor.  If you get picture, then it's likely the LCD, inverter, or backlight that is the problem.  If you get no picture, then it is more likely a mainboard issue.
 
 
After repair, we return to you any parts of your computer that we replaced.
When you open the box and find some loose parts, don't worry!  We have already installed all of the parts needed for the repair.  We're just sending you back the original components for disposal at your convenience.
Warranty
Our work is warranted for 90 days, except in cases of misuse or neglect.  In the event a return is needed, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  We are not responsible for damage in shipping.  Manufacturer warranty on parts varies per item.  We ask that you inspect your computer upon its return, and let us know if there are any issues so that we can resolve them quickly and positively.  We want you to be happy with our work!
