What do I do next?
Please complete and print a Work Order Form, and print two - one for your records, and one to send in with your computer.  If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll help get things rolling.
 
Payment
Payment MUST be made prior to shipping the item to our facility.  Click here for secure payment.  Be sure to print a receipt for your records.  Any items we receive that have not been prepaid will not be serviced until payment is made.
 
Packing & Shipping
In order to be properly insured by UPS and other shipping companies, you MUST double box your item.  We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping.  If you are sending individual components, use static bags.  It is very important that you remove the battery from the notebook before shipping, to avoid damage.  We also recommend that if you have a case for your notebook computer, you pack the computer in the case, and then double box it.  Be careful not to pack the power adapter on top of the unit, to avoid damage to the LCD.  Be sure to purchase the proper amount of insurance when you ship the item, and use a carrier that provides shipping verification.  We will be shipping the unit back to you using your packing materials.
